BUSINESS MEETINGS
For Meetings at your apartment, please call the Manger on Duty, who is available to advise you on setting things up, technical requirements and catering for your guests.

The nearest car rental SIXT is at the Hilton Hotel, just a 10 minute walk from the Residence.

CATERING
The hotel residence offers the very best in catering expertise and the finest facilities. If you are planning a party, wedding, banquet, meeting or any special occasion, please contact the Manager on duty.

CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability. Please contact the Manager on duty.

COFFEE, TEA
Your apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. A selection of Nespresso capsules and speciality teas can be ordered online or from the Manager on Duty.

The tap water in the 1st district is of the highest quality and comes from the mountains near Vienna.

KEY
Should you lose your key, please immediately notify the Duty Manager so that your lock may be re-coded. Please return your key to the Duty Manager  upon check-out. A fee fo € 150.- will be charged to the guests bill in case of key loss.

Local and international newspapers can be ordered from the Manager on Duty and will be delivered to your apartment. Please call the Manager on Duty or chat your message.

NON-SMOKING
The hotel residence is a non-smoking building. Should anyone smoke in the apartment an additional € 100 charge will be applied to your account for the cost of a deep clean. We hope you will respect the fact that many individuals today have severe allergies. Thank you for your cooperation.
In case of fire caused by a guest we will charge € 1.000.- to the guests bill.
A smoking area is available in the inner courtyard of the building.

PARKING
Parking at the front of the building is only possible for unloading luggage. We recommend parking nearby  at BOE Garage Cobdengasse, Cobdengasse 2, 1010 Wien. 

PET POLICY
Dogs and small pets are allowed at a daily rate of € 25,00. For long-stay guests, we charge a weekly fee of € 30,00.

INDOOR POOL
Available at the Fitness Club Holmes Place.

JOGGING IN STADTPARK
Only a short walk from Residence Wollzeile is “Stadtpark” – a wonderful park in the middle of the city, perfect for a light run in beautiful Viennese nature.

POSTAL SERVICE
Outgoing mail may be left with the Manager on Duty. The nearest post office is located at Fleischmarkt 19, 1010 Wien.
