Wollzeile starts at the Stadtpark on the Vienna Ringstrasse and leads over Rotenturmstraße to St. Stephan’s Cathedral. Take an enjoyable stroll down Wollzeile with its Roman ruins, baroque buildings and beautiful shops. – The extraordinary style and flair of the Vienna city centre will unfold before your eyes. Here you'll find not only traditional Viennese hospitality, but also modern twists and interpretations on authentic themes.

Arriving by car: you can access Residence Wollzeile directly and a parking zone is available in front of the entrance for loading and unloading your luggage. We have made arrangements for parking spaces at special rates to be made available to our guests at a nearby parking garage in Cobdengasse.

Transport from the International Airport to the city centre: Arriving by plane:  Take the City Airport (CAT) train, it will take you to the city centre (Wien Mitte) about five minutes away from Residence Wollzeile.

We will gladly arrange a limousine pick up from the station.

Arriving by train: Take the U1 from the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) to the station at Stephansplatz. The station is about three minutes walk away from Residence Wollzeile.

From Wien Westbahnhof take the U3 directly to Stephansplatz. The station is about three minutes walk away from Residence Wollzeile.
